Tele Sales Executive

Job description

We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Telesales Executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The Telesales Executive’s responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.

To be successful as a Telesales Executive, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-performing Telesales Executive should be able to follow sales scripts as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Telesales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
  • Accurately record details of customers’ purchase orders.
  • Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
  • Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
  • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

Telesales Executive Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent degree, Graduation or equivalent degree, +2.
  • Proven experience working as a Telesales Executive.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: 6,000 per month

Terms & Conditions:

This employment will be a Full-Time Job and our working hours are 10:00 AM to 7.00 PM.
The candidate will have to go through a 3 month probation period. After which the employee shall be made permanent with the company.

The employee will have to give a 30 days’ notice period in case they wanted to leave the organization.

Good Graphic Designer

Job description

  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Innovative visual approach
  • A minimal and classy aesthetic at design
  • Independent ideator and someone who understands content well
  • Someone who enjoys speaking for brands and businesses
  • A visual artist who can use multiple mediums to communicate (Using AI / AE / PS)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, and InDesign, specifically with mockups, web design, multimedia presentation, and Logo Design.
  • Experience in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency.
  • Adaptive design eye and skill.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.

We are looking for a strong team player who will enjoy the responsibilities of managing big names across sectors and even international locations.
